A truly unique taste experience and an absolutely delicious sauce. Not very hot, but it's truly a flavour sensation that keeps you coming back for more; every serving you taste something different. Slight initial burst of heat and a sour tang which gives way to a deep earthy tone, followed by a slightly salty taste with a low lingering heat. Quickly becoming one of my all time favourite sauces.
