Jace Robinson Blown away by the complexity of flavour, and how well rounded the mouth feel is. Roasted garlic habenero is another example of Geoff pushing flavour to the next level without having to push the heat levels in to the red. Despite loving his hotter sauces, the depth of flavour kept me coming back for more.
